Using the site

You may browse and share the site for personal and business research. Please do not copy our designs, words or images for your own commercial use without permission.

Sessions and bookings

A Brand Evolution Session is USD 300, and the full fee is credited toward any partnership or project you begin within 14 days. The complimentary fit call carries no charge and no obligation. Rescheduling is welcome with notice; the notice period will be confirmed with the booking tool.

Partnerships and projects

Partnerships are billed monthly in advance and run for a minimum of three months. Projects begin with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due on delivery. Ad budgets are paid directly to the platforms. Final content belongs to you once each invoice is settled. The full terms of any partnership or project are set out in its written agreement.

The Collection

Prices are in US dollars, with any applicable taxes calculated at checkout; brands paying in Jamaican dollars may choose the JMD price. Products are delivered by email and download link. Each product has its own licence and its own promise, described on its page. You may use the products as their licence allows, but you may not resell or share them.

Honest outcomes

We promise craft, strategy, speed and honest measurement. We do not promise virality, views, followers, sales or revenue, because results depend on many things outside our control.

AI and likeness

We create with AI openly. We never present an AI person as a real customer or a real testimonial, and we secure consent before referencing any real person's likeness.

Liability

We take great care with the site and our work, but the site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
