This page explains what information CHÉ collects when you visit the site, book a session, send an enquiry or buy from the Collection, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
CHÉ, Cre8iv House of Évolution, is a creative and growth house that operates from Jamaica and works with brands everywhere. You can reach us about privacy at hello@chehouse.co.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, brand, website or Instagram handle, where your brand is based and what you tell us about your goals.
- Booking details: the session you choose, its date and time, and your answers to the welcome questionnaire.
- Purchase details: what you buy and the information needed to deliver it. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
- Site usage: with your permission, basic analytics about how the site is used, such as pages visited and the device type.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to prepare for and run your session.
- To deliver the products you buy and to support you afterwards.
- To send the Journal, only if you ask for it. Every letter has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To understand and improve the site, only if you allow analytics cookies.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use a few cookies to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through Choose cookies.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the house, such as our booking tool, email provider, payment provider and analytics, and only as far as they need it to do that work. Where required, we have agreements with them to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting duties, and then we delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent to marketing at any time, and change your cookie choices. Depending on where you live, including under Jamaica's Data Protection Act, you may have further rights. Write to us at hello@chehouse.co and we will reply promptly.
